The following steps can be your first steps towards the adoption process.  This includes

• Receive and review your information packet e-mail attachment or by U.S. mail (check appropriate box on the form - see below)
• Complete the brief information sheet included in the packet
• Return the information sheet to Christian Family Life Center by e-mail or U.S. mail
• Attend either a group or private orientation.

If you prefer to receive this information through regular mail, select "U.S. Mail" delivery method.  You should receive this information in about 10 days.
